OTC DAIHEN Corporation is one of the largest manufacturers of arc welding, laser welding, cutting machines and welding robots in Japan and has an annual turnover: 800 Million DM. In 1980, the subsidiary company OTC DAIHEN Europe GmbH began in Dusseldorf with the sales activities in Europe. In 1981 OTC began its sales activity in the UK supplying thyristor and transistor type welding power sources and in 1983 arc welding robots. OTC equipment has a proven track record with UK end users in the Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Medical industries. Today, OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH has developed links with welding equipment distributors and system houses throughout Europe. Together we offer consultation, project development, system manufacturing, training and service. OTC Welding Products UK is the welding and cutting power source marketing and distributor support division of OTC Daihen Europe GmbH in the United Kingdom and is part of a network of marketing and support addresses in over 20 industrialised countries world-wide.
